We are located on the near east side of Madison, WI at the intersection of Winnebago Ave and Sutherland Ct. Our neighborhood is one of the oldest in Madison(1), it is densely urban and a delight to stroll through with fantastic food, shopping, and sites!
We also share our building with an artist’s cooperative, Ground Floor Studios. The backstory is that before Linden was built in 2019, the previous building on this spot also contained artist studios, and both Linden residents and our developer didn’t want them to be displaced.
These studio offices are not generally open to the public outside of special events, but if you visit their Facebook page and find out more about them, you might find their work for sale around town, or even as a special commission.
