There are 45 units at Linden Cohousing:
- 12 one-bedroom units, ranging in size from 670 to 780 square feet
- 19 two-bedroom units, ranging from 890 to 1115 square feet
- 14 three-bedroom units, ranging from 1033 to 1513 square feet
Each unit has a large open-concept area, with a kitchen and living/dining room area, as well as either one or two bathrooms and a patio (first floor) or balcony (second and third floors). Units are plumbed for washers and dryers, but many members choose instead to make use of the common laundry areas.
Units are designed for accessibility, with wide doorways, ideal for aging in place.
Each unit also has one designated parking space in our underground garage, as well as a 4 by 7 foot open area for storage.
